Almost every halfway interested culinary expert knows the Tantris. I don't want to go into too much detail at this point.
An institution among the star restaurants in Germany. Classical French cuisine with extraordinary specialties. I am very lucky that I have been invited there twice in my lifetime. Many thanks to the dear people who made this possible for me.
The food is exquisite. The sommelier is a brilliant master in his field of expertise and on top of that is personable and witty. I also like the outfits of the restaurant staff - beautiful flowered dresses for the women and flowered shirts for the men made of Missoni fabrics. Brave and unconventional.
